CASE 1- State Vs Charles Martin Bryant, -Guilty of misappropriating funds while working for the State of California or an affiliate. ~1980-1999 (not sure if there’s 2 cases from looking at my records)
-As seen from public news articles, I paid for a background search on Whitepages.com. It listed 1980 (case number C-72689BRYANT521206 in OC County, California) and 1999(Case Number C-72689 IN OC County, California), but I don’t know many details on the record.

CASE 2 (Las Vegas)- Circa 2000’s-Arrested for drugging and Sexual Assault Charges in California.
-Recently informed by his best friend from Oahu, JON TOOLSON (808)741-1673, an old ex-co-worker from California, also mentioned the victim’s name was Dave.

CASE 3 (Honolulu)- Circa 2009- An individual identified as Aaron Sakai was a personal trainer with a committed girlfriend at a luxury gym. Aaron gave fitness regimens to Charles for 1.5 months. During that time, Aaron started receiving odd death threats. He ignored them. Later, he comes out of his apartment to see his car vandalized. The neighbor said she saw who it was, and another had it on camera. The FBI was involved, and he was arrested.
-I looked up court records because I received a spam text saying I owed money for missing traffic tickets. I put Marty’s name in just out of curiosity and saw he had a restraining order. It was from another personal trainer I hardly talked to but I worked with for 2 years at “Beyond Fitness” on Halekawila st. as a privately employed personal trainer. I called him, and he told me the story. Pretty straightforward. I asked why Marty was doing that to him a few times and in different ways. CASE 4 (HONOLULU)- Circa- 2015- Charles Martin “Marty” Bryant hired Cooper to be his personal trainer in Hawaii from 2014-2016 then befriended and stalked him from 2018-2026. In 2015 Cooper planned to move away from Oahu with his fiancée, who was graduating from college in Washington. Charles then made fake emails and text messages claiming his fiancée was cheating on him, and began to harass them for months. His fiancée tried to commit suicide, had a miscarriage, and failed her last semester of college.

Some of the tricks he used:
Fake Connections: Claimed to know a police officer who tracked the messages to “prove” that his fiancée was cheating and where it was from.
Electrical Resources: Faked emails and texts. He knows how to access this technology. Don’t trust anyone you can’t see.
Emotional Support: He will listen and turn it. What he lacks is the balls to confess, or for heaven, apologize.
Please help me get justice

“Marty Bryant, the fat personal training client who invites you over to smoke weed after the session, and says he lives close to the gym- saying he used to do it all the time with his last personal trainer even. He told me he was straight, divorced, went to elementary school at McKinley in Waikiki, along with much other bullshit to trust him. NAH… He’s a con artist and sociopath with nasty intentions.
After a year of knowing Marty Bryant from California, A lot of WEIRD stuff would happen to me. I had my moped stolen 6+ times, and often it would just be hidden a block or two away in some bushes. Also, one time I came out when my car parked on Auwaiolimu St. and see that 20 cars in a row had been keyed in a row, with mine being the worst. Another time I went over to his house to hang out, to find my car towed away because I parked in the “wrong stall”, and a few attempts to get me fired. I mean absolutely insane crazy stuff you wouldn’t assume someone who seems “normal” would do to you.
Anyways, while that was happening, I was getting engaged with my absolute soul mate. She was a sweet, passionate girl who was just about to graduate from college and start physical therapy. I was going to move from Hawaii to Washington State to be with her. Just before I left, I received messages from a girl claiming my fiancé was cheating on me… then a male fictitious home wrecker started messaging me, talking mad shit for months. Saying my fiancé told him, her mother hates me, I would be nothing, extorting me for a tasteful but sexy photoshoot, and even about my sexual features (big loads, and made up that it’s smelly, etc), that she didn’t love me. She hired a P.I., and they said it was one of my friends, without specifics. Marty told me he had a good cop friend who could look into this for me and “prove she was a cheater and that the P.I was a liar” and also get that person's address. I don’t know why I believed him. I thought he was looking out for me.
I had no idea who was doing this. I definitely did not think it would be Marty Bryant who was “Straight” and jealous of me? So we ended up breaking up. She tried to commit suicide, had a miscarriage, and flunked out of her last year. I moved to Idaho and went on a spiritual quest in isolation for a year. It was more heartache than someone should ever have to endure.
Prior to moving back to Hawaii, Kawena Bautista, my old roommate in Hawaii, and good friend, was making rape allegations about “Marty”. When I moved back, “Marty” had another personal trainer but was still in high contact with both of my old roommates. Within a year of moving back, this one time, he asked me if I wanted to go to Northshore to surf, and he would drive us up. When I got out of the water, he said, “Cooper, I made some brownies. Would you like some?” in a soft, excited voice. I took only half of one and was blacking out. I told him Let’s get food immediately because I was hungry. He drove to Monkey Pod in Ko’olina (2018). By the time I got there, It felt like I had a 2ft halo around me I couldn’t see past. When I received my food. I was drooling and couldn’t eat it. My mouth was too dry. I know now my body wasn’t having a reaction to weed. It was having a reaction to the roofies. (I didn’t know fully until this next part).
I started using AirTags, cameras, and sensors, and he knew, and I became less of a target. I also moved into areas where security is very high.
Many years later, I’m still trying to figure this out- and still friends with him. But then I had a breakthrough. Marty had a property in Waianae and one in Summerlin, Las Vegas. He asked me to do a favor while in Oahu. He was in a massive rage, going after a guy who was house-sitting for him in Las Vegas. He gave me an envelope to try to mail with no name, just his own personal address. Seemed suspicious, and I wanted to know what crime he was trying to have me commit. I opened that up right away and saw.. It was a homoerotic sex scene from when this guy used to do porn. “Marty” Bryant was threatening to blackmail it to his family and friends. That absolutely sucks.
Marty Bryant has poached and coerced me to be his friend when I was a personal trainer and over to his house. I thought I was just a personal trainer helping people. I had no way to not be a victim. It has sabotaged my youthful life completely. I have a hard time trusting partners and have wanted to be independent since I’ve always experienced sabotage. My care is to protect whoever else may come across him. I can’t believe he’s not locked up for life. I blame California. If I had been able to see he was a sex offender, I could have protected myself, my fiancée, and friends.”

CASE 5
CASE 5 (HONOLULU)- Circa 2017- An individual identified as “Kawena Bautista” (a young Filipino male in his 20’s) reported Charles Bryant for an encounter that happened when being left alone with the defendant. Charles sexually drugged “Kawena,” and he woke up to Charles standing over him. When Charles was confronted about this by Kawena’s friends, Charles then tried to get them fired from work and separate them through falsification and fabrication. My assumption is that Charles later came back to him with a sextortion scheme and vandalized his vehicles. It is noted that he was stalked for a considerable time.
More details, when I moved away to the NW to be with my fiancée and was sabotaged moving back to Oahu in 2018, Kawena called me and said he had an encounter with Marty where he woke up in Marty's kitchen after drinking. Kawena was undressed, and Marty was standing over him. When I addressed Marty about these accusations, he said he passed out and was trying to help him clean up after Kawena had thrown up on his clothes.
I didn’t know much about Marty’s past then, but at the time he told me he was straight, divorced, and never showed any difference from that. I thought maybe he just drank too much and was looking for attention. I personally told him not to say that kind of stuff about Marty anymore because I wasn’t fully sure if it could be true.
When I returned to Oahu in 2018, I noticed my best friends, Evan and Kawena, who were my roommates once again when I moved back, were drifting apart oddly. It was mainly my childhood best friend, Evan Stanton, who was initiating the befriending. He’s not usually like that at all. I asked him what resentment he has towards Kawena; his answers were always undiscriptive saying “He just wants to do whatever he wants to do” or “ He’s just kind of selfish”… I asked WHY!? WHAT ABOUT!? Evans's response was “I don’t know. He just is"… okay, interesting. I noticed the shift and investigated it, and tried to break it up. Talking to Marty, I noticed he would say the same thing about Kawena, except more layered.. Okay. I knew where it was coming from. Marty was trying to turn us all on each other.
Kawena’s seemed to be a big obsession for him. He was always trying to ask me about him and Kawena would often call me, even years later to say, I think Marty’s following me, or “dude, I run into Marty all the time. It seems a bit odd”

CASE 6 (Las Vegas)- Circa 2015- An individual identified as “Kole” (a young white male in his early 20s) was a personal trainer with a committed girlfriend. “Kole” was receiving fraudulent emails trying to sabotage his relationship from Charles. Charles then vandalized “Kole” car and framed the girlfriend. Charles was arrested.
Patrick Videl informed me the victims name was believed to be “Kole Cortez” a Las Vegas, Personal Trainer.

CASE 7 (LAS VEGAS)- Circa 2021- An individual identified as “Patrick James Videl” (a young Filipino male in his early 20’s) was in a 3-year relationship with his girlfriend when Charles offered him a room and sabotaged him. During the time of receiving fraudulent emails, “Patrick’s” girlfriend was able to decipher that Charles was sending the fraudulent emails. It caused an altercation where Charles was trying to frame “Patrick” for stealing stuff in the house, to the point where “Patrick” was getting forcibly evicted by the police. Charles planted money on the counter and tried to frame “Patrick” when he left, but the police had it on a body camera from the eviction and were able to see the evidence, and Charles was arrested. It is noted that Charles is on-going harassment currently. Charles has sent “detective investigation mail” and “arrest warrants” hard mail to “Patrick's” family/friends, looking for him to ways to further stalk and harass him.
Additional Story:
I was still Marty’s friend at this time. He had no reason not to trust me. He told me he was going through a hard time with his roommate, who was watching his Las Vegas property. He said he met him at the casino. I thought it was odd he had another friend my age when he’s 74. Anyway, before he left, he gave me an envelope, all printed out. It had his Las Vegas address and no name. Why would he mail it to himself? I knew it was an idea to send it, so I opened it... It was a homo erotic scene (I watched 2 seconds ONLY), but I knew what it was. It opened up questions about my relationship, but eventually I sought to inform him.
Please note that Marty is currently still harassing him. He is mailing hard letters claiming to be detectives, agencies, etc., to terrorize Patrick’s family/friends or to get any information on him. He also actively makes hidden social media accounts.

Matthew (something) used to work at “Island Club and Spa”; he was a co-worker of mine for a month while I was taking over for Marty. I believe he was an ex-Ranger or Marine going through a breakup because Marty Bryant was sabotaging him, so he was moving to Texas to restart his relationship. I don’t think he knows it was Marty Interfering. I’ve tried desperately with many co-workers’ attempts, but it was long ago, and they don’t have his contact info. I would feel really good if I could find him. He was very nice. HONOLULU 2013-2014.
Speculative side stories: Marty’s believed to have taken full custody of his three brothers’ inheritance from two commercial properties that were supposed to be dispersed in California.

What is his modus operandi?
Charles Martin Bryant faces extreme difficulties with inclusion and relationships. He will sabotage a straight male individual, either out of spite, boredom, or more commonly as a means to get a male in a position where they're vulnerable after a breakup/life event. Thereafter, Charles looks for an opportunistic time to drug and sexually assault an unexpected victim. He often uses his financial gains as a means to extort younger men, making him a great threat to developing minds.
In Conclusion;
He will go after work, relationships, vehicles, and reputation. You do not need to provoke him to get a response. He is actively looking for new male victims- if you are a female, t’was crossfire. It does not appear that age is slowing him down. He claims to be straight, preys on young workers, very actively sabotaging their life’s without any boundaries, and disclosing his secrets for years until he has an opportunity to do a sexual assault or leave them venerable- which makes him every straight man’s worst nightmare with his only agenda to terrorize.
Whether you're a bartender, personal trainer, or casino host, Marty will try to pay his way in. There is not much way out of dealing with him when he’s a customer and you're just a young employee. He has no intention of making friends. His plans are carefully executed, and maticuliously planned, and practiced. Just pure evil intent. Making him a code black abuser.
