Charles Martin Bryant, also known as “Marty Bryant” or “Chaz Bryant” of Irvine, California, is to have engaged in a pattern of wrongful and criminal conduct spanning multiple decades. Records indicate that during the 1980s he was convicted of misappropriating public funds as a city representative. In the 1990s, he faced accusations and legal proceedings concerning sexual assault. Beginning in the 2000s and continuing into the 2010s and thereafter, he is alleged to have engaged in a course of conduct involving fraudulent extortion, manipulation, and other wrongful acts directed toward young persons, conduct that plaintiffs characterize as intentional, predatory, and systematic.
It is further noted that Mr. Bryant is approximately 74 years of age and is still very actively engaging in fraud and sexual misconduct.

CASE 2 (HONOLULU)- Charles Martin Bryant hired Cooper to be his personal trainer in Hawaii from 2014-2016 then befriended and stalked him from 2018-2026. Cooper planned to move away from Oahu with his fiancée who was graduating from college in Washington. Charles then made fake emails and text messages claiming his fiancée was cheating on him, and began to harass them for months. His fiancée tried to commit suicide, had a miscarriage and failed her last semester of college.
Some of the tricks he used:
Fake connections- claimed to know a police officer who tracked the messages to “prove” that his fiancée was cheating and where it was from.
Electrical Resources- fake emails and texts. He knows how to access this technology. Don’t trust anyone you can’t see.
Emotional support- he will listen and turn it. What he lacks is balls to confess, or for heaven, apologize.

CASE 3 (LAS VEGAS)- Circa 2021- An individual identified as “Ron” (a young Filipino male in his early 20’s) was in a 3 year relationship with his girlfriend when Charles offered him a room and sabotaged him. During the time of receiving fraudulent emails, “Ron’s” girlfriend was able to decipher that Charles was sending the fraudulent emails. It caused an altercation where Charles was trying to frame “Ron” for stealing stuff in the house, to the point where “Ron” was getting forcibly evicted by the police. Charles planted money on the counter and tried to frame “Ron” when he left, but the police had it on body camera from the eviction and were able to see the evidence, and Charles was arrested.

CASE 3 (Honolulu)- Circa 2009- An individual identified as “Jerry” (a young white male in his early 20s) was a personal trainer with a committed girlfriend at a luxury gym. “Jerry” gave fitness regimens to Charles for 1.5 months. During that time “Jerry” started receiving odd death threats. He ignored them. Later he comes out of his apartment to see his car vandalized. The neighbor said she saw who it was, and another had it on camera. The FBI was involved and he was arrested.

CASE 3 (Las Vegas)- Circa 2015- An individual identified as “Jarrod” (a young white male in his early 20s) was a personal trainer with a committed girlfriend. “Jarrod” was receiving fraudulent emails trying to sabotage his relationship from Charles. Charles then vandalized “Jarrod's” car and framed the girlfriend. Charles was arrested.
CASE 7
CASE 3 (Las Vegas)- Circa 2010-Arrested for drugging and Sexual Assault Charges in California.
CASE 3 (HONOLULU)- Cira 2016- An individual identified as “Tony” (a young Filipino male in his mid 20’s) reported Charles Marty Bryant for an encounter that happened when being left alone with the defendant. Who sexually drugged “Tony,” and he woke up to Charles standing over him. When Marty was confronted about this by Tony’s friends, Charles then tried to get them fired from work and separate them by falsification and fabrication. My assumption is that Charles later came back to him with a sextortion scheme and vandalized his vehicles. It is noted that he was stalked him for a considerable time.

We’re you house sitting for Marty? (LOOKING FOR VICTIM)
Unknown Male (reported between 20–30 years old) — circa 2023. While Mr. Bryant was in Hawaii, an individual identified here as “Unknown Male” was acting as house-sitter at Mr. Bryant’s Summerland, Las Vegas residence. During that period the parties experienced a dispute. Following the dispute, Mr. Bryant allegedly instructed a third party, Cooper, to mail an unmarked package. Cooper, suspicious of the request, opened the package and discovered a videotape containing sexually explicit material depicting the Unknown Male engaged in homosexual activity. The tape, which appears to be dated, was allegedly intended for use as blackmail or sabotage against his house-sitter.

A female in her 30’s identified as Sherri, received fictitious threats and harassment (from Marty) claiming security/ building management disputes in order to get Sherri, the tenant, to vacate.
